Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal is Hiring an Inventory Manager Near Nashville, TN
Do you have previous experience in revenue management, hotel operations, or similar roles? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic thinker to maximize the revenue for two of our main locations: Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal (primary) and Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown Capitol View. While experience with Hilton is valuable, this role is not limited to a specific brand.
- Part-time role for nights and weekends
- Opportunity to support revenue maximization strategies in the hospitality industry at two Nashville area hotels.
- Collaborative environment working with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tactical support to the Area Director of Revenue Management to optimize pricing strategies during nights and weekends based on demand fluctuations.
Manage Revenue Management Data and develop strategic initiatives to enhance revenue performance.
Generate reports and analyses to support decision-making processes for revenue management.
Monitor transient inventory availability and recommend adjustments to maximize revenue potential.
Implement strategies to uphold or enhance the hotel's Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR).
Ensure adherence to brand standards and guidelines to maintain rate and price integrity.
Conduct basic tasks such as analysis, auditing, budgeting, forecasting, research, and report generation.
Escalate technical inquiries related to systems to the appropriate support desk.
Address standard/routine business requests independently and efficiently.
Utilize technical knowledge to optimize business processes and efficiency.
Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to achieve established goals.
Demonstrate self-awareness and actively seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Take ownership of assigned tasks while contributing to team and departmental goals.
Perform additional duties as needed to support the operation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in revenue management, hotel operations, or similar roles preferred.
- Proficiency in using revenue management systems, preferably Hilton Systems (GRO).
- Strong analytical skills.
